If you need something now

It is an emergency Call 999. Orbit's SOS alerts the people in your circle only. It does not contact the emergency services and nobody is monitoring it for you.
Someone is tracking me without my consent Open Orbit → Settings → turn off Share my location. Collection stops immediately. Then leave the circle, which deletes your position and history for it, and delete your account. If you are in danger, contact the police. Doing this to an adult without consent breaches our terms and may be a criminal offence.
I want to stop sharing quietly Turn sharing off, or pause one circle. Nobody is sent a notification about it — your circle just sees "not sharing".
I want my location history gone Settings → Location history → Delete my history. To stop recording in future, set it to Off.
Someone has disappeared from the map Their phone is off, flat, out of signal, or has paused sharing. The timestamp under their name tells you how old their last position is. See the troubleshooting section.
